Proof of purchase must accompany any goods returned for credit or refund.
Returns without proof of purchase will be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a handling fee of not more than 5%.  We reserve the right to refuse any return not accompanied by proof of purchase.  Goods must be returned in a saleable condition except in the cause of faulty goods.  

Faulty goods will be accepted for return to our supplier and remedy will be determined by their assessment of the problem.

Change of mind, or purchasing more than required do not constitute valid grounds for refund or credit. Such conditions will be subject to our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of goods returned for refund or credit after one month from date of delivery, except by prior arrangement.  Goods bought in at a customer’s specific request which are not stock lines are non-returnable.
